“David taught me how to operate the forklift safely and confidently. He clearly explained what checks to perform before driving off, how to manoeuvre through tight or difficult areas, and how to judge distances accurately. He consistently reminded me to stay aware of my surroundings and use the horn when needed, which helped me understand the risks and stay alert. Overall, his training was thorough and very effective.”
